11:25AM [21] IT APPEARS THE VEHICLE ORIGIINALLY CAME FROM THE NORTH AND REACHED A LOCKED CONTROL GATE. THE VEHICLE WAS FOUND IN NEUTRAL. IT APPEARS THE CAR WAS PLACED IN NEUTRAL AND ROLLED BACKWARDS TO ITS POINT OF REST. IT ALSO APPEARS THE CAR WAS CLEARED OF ITS CONTENTS INCLUDING THE RADIO.
