Socalmountains was designed many years ago to
provide information about the local area. Snow conditions, road incidents and events inn the mountains that aren't covered elsewhere. There are other places you can rant and rave to heart's content.

Yes, as reported yesterday, the Hatchery Fire in Alger Creek north of forest falls is a single tree lightning snag with 1/2 acre of ground fire and is contained.
