At the meeting on Saturday they said that they’d hoped 38 could be open by Tuesday (today). I have to give them kudos for doing it. That had to be a project in itself. Impressive!

I see an incident but it’s near arboretum and Santa’s village and we already passed that. This seams new. There are only 2 cars band 1chp in front of me.

Stopped on 18 towards Lake arrowhead any idea why. I wish would’ve seen that the 38 was open.
