Trua1 hour(s) ago Just went down the hill via Arctic Circle and 330. It was a typical rainy day drive...flooded in the usual areas, CalTrans keeping on top of rocks and also some mud between middle and lower passing lanes. The biggest safety concern however is the number of people who don't understand that they're supposed to turn their headlights on in the fog! About one in 15 by my count.
