SR18 Is closed to southbound traffic 4.5 mi south of the Jct of SR 138 at Waterman Canyon Rd (San Bernardino Co) - Due to a traffic collision.
Motorists are advised to use an alternate route

It appears that yesterdays accident has now claimed two lives.

Clarification- driver of sedan

Red subaru. T-boned by fast moving truck. Fatality was driver. 2 more airlifted. Everyone in the sedan were locals. Very very sad situation.

Mountain art, white pickup vs small red sedan. Looks like it was a head on slightly off center. Truck on its side against a tree, sedan badly crushed on driver’s side. This is only a guess, I would assume the fatality was in the sedan. Let’s all be careful on our mountain roads.

what kind of accident was it? headon? what kind of vehicles?

Really bad situation with the wreck. Might I point out that South side of Cienega is where City wants to move the Clean Bear Site #2. So how do we slow these people down some?????
