It was the rude, drunk tourists and the rising crime rate that got me.
I sold my house in Big Bear in 2021 when the market was red hot and moved to Running Springs.
I absolutely LOVE it here. No crime whatsoever and no tourists!
Same climate (I love the four seasons) and everyone is friendly, but if I HAVE to get down the hill it's a quick 15 minute drive.
