I heard that the office for the big bear. Helicopter tours is under remodel, and they're closed until it opens back up again. I'm not sure if this information is 100%. Accurate, but I haven't seen the sign either.

Oh, I just remembered. My wife and I have been wondering, what happened to Helicopter Big Bear? Those tours used to go right near our place. It seems that we haven't seen them flying since some time last summer.

We're happy to see the Goldmine back camera up and running. We missed the great views while it was down. 🙂

Hello Ken E, my name is kenny too but thats another story... per the caltrans road signs it says 7am to 4 pm. Detour will likely be lakeview through to edgemoor then back to the highway, im sure theyll have it all signed up...
